This application provides the functionality to record a one-line diary every day. Before using this application, please read the following Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") and agree to them. By using this application, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application Functions)

  1. This application provides the following functions:
    • Recording one diary entry per day, up to 100 characters of text
    • Recording mood and weather stamps
    • Photo attachment (one per day)
    • Viewing diary entries in calendar and timeline formats
    • Searching diary entries by keyword
    • Displaying past entries via the "On This Day" feature
    • Statistics display for recording streaks
    • Reminder notifications
    • Home widget
    • Backup and restore of diary data (export/import via ZIP file)
  2. All diary data is stored on the user's device, and the developer does not access the diary content.
  3. This application is developed for personal use.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

  1. This application is available to users aged 13 and above. Minors must obtain parental consent before use.
  2. A device running iOS 16.0 or later, or Android 8.0 or later is required to use this application.
  3. Commercial use of this application is prohibited.

Article 3 (Privacy and Data Handling)

1. Data Collection

  • This application stores diary data recorded by users in the device's local database (SQLite)
  • The developer does not access, collect, or store diary data
  • This application does not use analytics tools or advertising networks

2. Device Feature Access

  • Camera: Used for taking photos to attach to diary entries
  • Photo Library: Used for selecting images to attach to diary entries
  • Notifications: Used for sending reminder notifications
  • Access is granted only with the user's permission

3. Data Storage Methods

  • Diary text and stamps: Stored in the device's SQLite database
  • Attached images: Stored in the app's dedicated storage area on the device
  • Settings: Stored in SharedPreferences on the device
  • No data is transmitted to external servers

4. Backup Feature

  • Users can export diary data and images as a ZIP file for storage
  • The terms of service and privacy policies of export destination services (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, etc.) are governed by each respective service
  • All backup and restore operations are performed solely by user action

5. User Responsibilities

  • Management of diary data content is the user's responsibility
  • Users are recommended to create regular backups of important data
  • The developer is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, loss, etc.

7. Disclaimer

The developer assumes no responsibility for:

  • Leakage, loss, corruption, or other incidents involving diary data
  • Data management issues on the device
  • Data management issues at backup storage destinations
  • Unauthorized access by third parties

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  1. Recording content that violates laws
  2. Recording content that infringes on third-party rights
  3. Recording content that violates public order and morals
  4. Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  5. Unauthorized use of this application's functions
  6. Acts that interfere with this application's operation
  7. Copying, modifying, disassembling, or reverse engineering this application
  8. Exploiting vulnerabilities in this application
  9. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the developer

Article 5 (Content and Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to this application belong to the developer.
  2. Copyrights to recorded data belong to the user.
  3. Users must not record content that infringes on third-party copyrights.

Article 6 (Application Quality and Operation Guarantee)

  1. This application is provided "as is," and the developer makes no guarantees regarding its operation.
  2. This application is developed by an individual developer and does not guarantee operation on all devices.
  3. While the developer develops the application in compliance with App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Policies, functions may be restricted due to future guideline changes.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The developer assumes no responsibility for:

  1. Direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this application
  2. Data loss or corruption
  3. Issues due to conflicts with other applications or systems
  4. Device failures or malfunctions
  5. Function restrictions due to App Store Review Guidelines or Google Play Policy changes
  6. Effects of policy changes by Apple, Google, or other third-party services

Article 8 (Service Changes and Termination)

  1. The developer may terminate provision of this application without prior notice in the following cases:
    • At the developer's discretion
    • When compliance with App Store Review Guidelines or Google Play Policies becomes difficult
    • When legal issues arise
    • Other cases deemed necessary by the developer
  2. The developer may change or remove functions of this application without prior notice.
  3. The developer assumes no responsibility for damages incurred by users due to the preceding paragraphs.

Article 9 (Relationship with App Store and Google Play Terms)

  1. App Store or Google Play terms of service apply in addition to these Terms.
  2. In case of conflict between these Terms and App Store or Google Play terms of service, the respective store's terms take precedence.
  3. Users agree to comply with decisions made by Apple or Google regarding this application (deletion, function restrictions, etc.).

Article 10 (Terms Modifications)

  1. The developer may modify these Terms at any time without user consent.
  2. Modified Terms take effect upon notification within this application.
  3. If users continue to use this application after modifications, they are deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.

Article 11 (Severability)

If any part of these Terms is deemed legally invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of other parts of these Terms.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
  2. For disputes arising from this application, the district court with jurisdiction over the developer's address shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
